Facilitated by Jodee Merrill Smith, M.A.

Many times we are not as compassionate with ourselves as we could be and often our self talk is negative. We may also feel undeserving of things we desire and changes we want to make in our lives or of being our full, beautiful selves. Our lives and decisions usually reflect the way we feel about ourselves.

This is an experiential and introductory presentation class; we will explore what it means to be mindful and look at where we are not accepting, honoring and being compassionate with ourselves. We will look at our beliefs and what is in the way of knowing ourselves as beautiful spirits and part of the Divine.

Many of the ideas and material are based on the teachings of Caroline Myss, Louise Hay and Wayne Dyer.
