Women's Gathering - Potluck
All women are invited to the Women's Gathering on Saturday, October 21 for a potluck and special speaker, Tala Lindaro, on the topic of Embracing Autumn.
We will start at 11:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall with a potluck and an activity to get to know each other better. Our speaker, Tala Lindaro, will lead us in an interactive format to discover, embrace and enjoy the gifts of autumn. She will present the classical Chinese teachings on the gifts of autumn and provide an opportunity to discover how these gifts live uniquely inside each of us.
Tala brings to her practice and teaching a diverse approach, which honors both the mystery and miracle of life. She has a degree in microbiology/chemistry, a Masters in Five-Element Acupuncture, and a certification as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. Tala taught at the Five Branch Institute (Santa Cruz, CA) for over 2o years. She guided students towards energetic, emotional, and mental self-discovery; assisting them in developing a deeper more personal relationship to the movement and dynamics of energy flow.
